4. Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate information, protect your access credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to control. We may use phone verification and reasonable security checks. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, including by:
- Impersonating another person or healthcare professional.
- Submitting false, unlawful, abusive or misleading information.
- Attempting to bypass security, disrupt service or access data without authorization.
- Using the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
6. Third-party services
The platform may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, messaging, maps or other services. Availability of those services may affect Call Doctor features. Third-party services are also governed by their respective terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Call Doctor is not responsible for independent clinical decisions, medical outcomes or acts and omissions of healthcare professionals or users. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq.
